Monique believes the right home shapes the life lived inside it. Her work in real estate is guided by a deep appreciation of design, space, and natural beauty.
Her perspective comes from hands-on experience transforming homes in very different markets: Los Angeles, Hawaii, Wyoming, and Mérida, the colonial capital of the Yucatán. Renovating properties across coastal, mountain, urban, and tropical settings has given Monique a practiced
eye for architecture, layout, and flow, along with an understanding of how a home’s setting and character influence the way people live in it.
What moves her most is the bond between person and property. She is conversant in the principles of Feng Shui, and pays close attention to how light, orientation, movement, and connection to nature affect the comfort and energy of a home. She also knows that every buyer responds to a space in their own personal way. That sensitivity guides every search she takes on, helping clients put words to what they need and recognizing it when they walk through the door.
