Working with Mark you have someone connected in The Hamptons, NYC, and Los Angeles. You have a former attorney and media sales executive who has significant experience marketing and negotiating sizable deals. And, you have a creative mind who can see hidden value and aesthetic potential in properties everywhere.
Mark first developed a love for architecture and real estate in his 20s while traveling throughout Europe as a singer in opera houses and concert halls.
At 30, Mark attended Fordham Law School and practiced as a business litigation attorney in NYC for the next five years. Trying and settling cases for large companies, this is when he honed his negotiation, analytical, and persuasive argument skills.
Thereafter, Mark got into media and sports sales, selling partnership deals between blue chip brands and television, digital, and live sports outlets. This vast experience selling TV shows, movies, sports arena sponsorship rights, etc., was an invaluable launchpad to selling real estate and gives him an expertise in how to get a deal done that few others have.
