As an LA native, Louis brings a deep-rooted passion and knowledge of the region's vibrant culture, history, and dynamic real estate market. After graduating from the University of Southern California, Louis began his professional journey consulting for prominent Fortune 500 restaurants such as Panera, Starbucks, and Panda Express. Drawing from this expertise, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own restaurant concept, XENiA Mediterranean Kitchen, which successfully expanded to 11 locations across Southern California before being acquired. Louis is now taking his love for creating human-centric design experiences and applying them to the real estate market. Louis's affinity for real estate was sparked during high school when he started exploring open houses and seeing firsthand the importance and benefits of home ownership through his family's experiences.
