Drawing from this expertise, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own restaurant concept, XENiA Mediterranean Kitchen, which successfully expanded to 11 locations across Southern California before being acquired. Louis is now taking his love for creating human-centric design experiences and applying them to the real estate market.
