Short term lease, limited dates only. This charming Venice 3 bed 2 bath cottage is fully furnished and nicely appointed for a short term rental between the period of May 4th to August 4th only. We are looking for short term tenants who want to live in Venice and within walking/biking distance to the beach for the summer. Property has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in the other bedroom. The last bedroom is set up as an office but we could add an air mattress if necessary. Sleeps 4 easily and could do 6. Total square footage of the home is 1276sq/ft. Rental includes washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen, spacious outside dining area, 2 bikes (one with a surf board rack), and carport.
